1. Members must treat the property with respect: No littering, no removal of plants, no cutting or pruning or trees, no alteration of the land or anything on it of any kind. When members leave, they must leave the property exactly as they found it, or better, if that means cleaning up any litter they may have found.
2. Members may not play music on the property. Some members enjoy the sounds of nature, and musical tastes vary. Music played through individual headphones is permissible, but members may not subject any other members to unwanted music or noise.
3. Members must obey local laws including all fishing permit requirements, under the jurisdiction of the State of Arkansas.
4. Members may not light campfires, unless given specific permission by the Membership Board.
5. Members may not invite guests that have not been registered with their reservation. Members may not allow others to join them on the property who have not gone through the membership process and made a reservation for the day.
6. Members are required and expected to report any trespassers or other unwanted or unlawful activity on the property to the membership board by email or phone. Any unlawful activity should also be reported to the local authorities and the Membership Board should be notified. Any members who observe another member violating Club rules are required to report it to the Membership Board by email or phone.
