When I took my 22 year old son Tommy fishing last week, he told me something I did not know. We went to the Overlook and saw the shoes hanging on the telephone line up there. Tommy said that is a known side in urban areas to indicate that drugs are available here. This is why my next project is going to be to get a sign on the overlook and to put up barriers, cameras and a gate. In another astounding incident, last year a car went over the bluff. The passenger survived, but it shows the very definite need for barriers, fences, signs and to privatize the property.
